Develop and implement a strategic business development plan, aligning with the company’s growth objectives and market trends. Monitor competitor activity and market developments to capitalize on new opportunities and stay ahead of the market. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to final contract negotiation, ensuring timely and profitable closure. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, architects, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders in the PEB industry. Liaise with the project management and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of projects from proposal stage to delivery. Track and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the management team. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market activities, and business development initiatives. Data Sourcing and Management 1. Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Linkedin, Fundoodata, Google search and from offline network of the decision maker of company in the business of ARCHITECT SERVICES, STRUCTURAL DESIGN CIVIL CONTRACTORS, PMC CO. , CONTRACTOR OF RAILWAY, DMRC, NHAI, NBCC, LOGISTIC CO., WAREHOUSE BUSINESS CO., 2.Maintaining the database on the internal Templates of the organization. Sales Meetings 1. Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client . 2. Having effective sales Meetings in order to :- a. Understand the PEB/Structural ecosystem of the client b. Position MECHFAB as the best choice for the client c. Generate Requirements for PEB/Structural from the client Sales Proposals 1. Negotiate win-win deals 2. Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines Client Coordination 1. Write Emails Professionally to record all discussions with the client 2. Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to completion of building. "Develop negotiation skills, client base and project management knowledge to grow into a Business Development (Manager)." 1. After completing successful 1 yr in above role, and with at least 50 new contact leads with regular work per month, BD exe. will accompany the BD (Director) for successful completion of at least 24 projects with at least 18 projects of 5 star rating in client's feedback form.
