Executive Assistant to Director

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the Director and the executive team members to ensure the company goals and objectives are achieved efficiently. This includes maintaining internal processes, managing communications, and prioritizing tasks to meet senior executives" priorities and uphold best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Director in day-to-day operations - Manage professional and personal scheduling, including meetings, agendas, mail, email, and phone calls - Handle logistics and activities for the Director such as accommodations, transportation, and meals - Prioritize tasks to ensure effective utilization of the executive's time - Maintain professionalism, handle sensitive information with discretion, and uphold confidentiality Qualifications Required: - Two or more years of experience - Strong critical thinking, organizational, and detail-oriented skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email drafting - Proficiency in office productivity tools, particularly Excel - Strong time-management skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects - Flexible team player with a willingness to adapt to changes and challenges - Good follow-up skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality - Fluent in English - Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic Note: The job is full-time with a day shift schedule. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and at least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant is required. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
