Job Description: Executive Assistant to Director Location: Shalimar Bagh, Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site) Salary - up to 40k Female only About the Role Ecoste is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Director. The ideal candidate should have prior experience assisting a CEO, Director, or senior leadership, and be capable of managing day-to-day administrative responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the Directors calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules. Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up. Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials as required. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Assist with project coordination and ensure timely completion of tasks. Draft, review, and manage emails and official correspondence. Organize files, documents, and maintain records efficiently. Support in planning events, reviews, and leadership activities. Requirements Prior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Director/CEO or senior leadership is mandatory. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Strong presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. High level of professionalism and attention to detail. Candidate must be based in Delhi; proximity to Shalimar Bagh is preferred. Education Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/administrative specialization preferred but not mandatory).
