Job Title- EA to Director
Experience: 8+ years as an EA Role

Location- Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh

Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our senior

leadership team. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, draft communications,

and help keep daily operations running smoothly. The role requires discretion, strong communication,

and the ability to anticipate needs and act without constant direction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communications and documents

  • Draft, edit and manage internal and external emails, letters and notes on behalf of leadership.
  • Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, reports and follow-up summaries.
  • Maintain accurate files and documentation for easy reference.

2. Calendar, meetings and events

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings and priorities commitments.
  • Prepare agendas, organize logistics and take clear minutes.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action items.

3. Travel and expense management

  • Arrange travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
  • Handle expense claims, reimbursements and basic office coordination.

4. Tools and productivity

  • Use modern productivity tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva and

visual workflow tools to organize information and create clear outputs.

  • Use CRM or task tracking tools where required.

5. Stakeholder management and discretion

  • Act as a point of contact between leadership and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional judgement at all times.
  • Anticipate needs and take initiative to resolve routine issues independently.

6. Administrative and personal support

  • Assist with personal or administrative tasks for senior leaders when required.
  • Support ad hoc projects and coordination as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and common CRM tools. Familiarity with

Slack, Canva and visual workflow tools preferred.

  • High level of integrity, discretion and professional conduct.
  • Comfortable working independently and under tight timelines. Willingness to travel occasionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
