Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Personal Assistant to support our Director, .

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and be computer savvy with good command over MS Office, emails, and online tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and scheduling
  • • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
  • • Coordinate meetings, travel plans, and follow-ups
  • • Prepare reports, maintain records, and track ongoing tasks
  • • Assist in operational and personal work as required

Requirements:

  • • Prior experience in admin or executive assistance (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
  • • Location: Goregaon or Virar (should be comfortable commuting between both if required)
