Role & responsibilities

1. Administrative Support:

-Efficiently manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings.

-Coordinate travel arrangements, encompassing flight bookings, accommodations, and transportation logistics.

-Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations essential for meetings.

2. Communication Management:

-Skilfully screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

-Draft and compose professional business communications, letters, and memos on behalf of the executive.

3. Meeting Coordination:

-Schedule and organize meetings, conference calls.

-Develop comprehensive meeting agendas, prepare materials, and document minutes.

4. Information Management:

-Exercise utmost discretion in maintaining confidential and sensitive information.

-Systematically organize and oversee electronic and physical files, documents, and records.

5. Relationship Building:

-Facilitate effective communication and coordination among various departments.
