Role & responsibilities

I am seeking a Personal Assistant to work with me in my Chartered Accountancy practice. The role involves assisting in daily tasks, client coordination, and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Managing schedule, emails, and calls
  • • Handling documentation and follow-ups
  • • Coordinating with clients and vendors
  • • Supporting day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

  • • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • • Prior experience as an assistant will be a plus
