Role & Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for: Accounting and Finalization Independently handling finalization of books of accounts for companies and firms. Indirect Tax (GST) Litigation – Managing GST notices, appeals, and departmental audits with strategic thinking and timely execution. GST Annual Filings – Preparation and filing of GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C , including reconciliation and audit support. TDS Compliance – Managing TDS return filings and addressing related client queries. Team Management & Client Handling – Leading a team of junior staff, coordinating work allocation, client communication, and ensuring timely delivery. Preferred Candidate Profile: Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in a CA firm Litigation Exposure: Prior experience in Indirect Tax litigation will be highly preferred Leadership: Should possess strong leadership qualities and ability to manage a growing team Mindset: Growth-oriented and proactive in problem-solving Open to taking ownership and going the extra mile for client success Passionate about building a long-term career in practice Additional Preference: CAs who are planning to start their own practice and want to build client experience and leadership exposure will be preferred .
