Job Description

Looking for a highly skilled and organized individual with 0 to 5 years of experience to fill the role of Executive Assistant to Director in Nashik. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch support to our director.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the director.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including team members and other departments.
Provide administrative support, such as data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
