Role & responsibilities Maintain accurate and complete records of all waste management activities, including manifests, permits, certifications, and reports.Establish and implement a robust filing and storage system for waste management documentation, both physical and digital.Ensure easy and timely retrieval of necessary documentation for audits, inspections, and investigations.Maintain accurate records of waste volumes, types, and destinations, including recycling and disposal data.

Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach to potential clients. Client Acquisition: Build relationships with new clients, present solutions, and close deals to generate new revenue. Account Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for growth. Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and customized solutions that meet client requirements. Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and the formalization of business agreements. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute business development strategies in alignment with company goals to increase sales and revenue. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies. Performance Tracking: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and KPIs to management.
