Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels including networking, cold calling, and online platforms. • Client Acquisition: Approach prospects, pitch services/products, and convert leads into long-term clients. • Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities. • Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new growth areas. • Proposal & Presentation Development: Collaborate with internal teams to design customized proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements. • Negotiation & Contract Management: Manage the negotiation process and formalize business deals, including pricing and contract agreements. • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales plans aligned with organizational goals to meet or exceed sales targets. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. • Performance Reporting: Maintain records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics; report progress to management regularly.
