Executive Assistant To Chief Operating Officer

1. Candidate should have the base within 10Kms of Ranjangoan
2. Shall be Graduate / Post Graduate in Degree / Diploma in technical domain with an MBA + office management having good communication skills
3. Total of Min 13-15 Years experience with Good Industry experience with Automotive related manufacturing ( Highly preferred ) min 8-10 Years in Operations /Program Mgmt /sales etc ( Some level of Commercial computations /costing exposure also preferred )
4. Shall be dynamic in nature and a go getter to fulfil all actionable from the related functions .
5. Drafting official MOM`s action Plans , business letters ,confidential documents and its tracking and retrieval.
6. Excellent Software application skills in Excel dashboards , Vlookups , Pivot Tables , MIS formats and MS projects
7. Word and powerpoint presentation skill sets
8. Proficiency in Data management , Task tools Videoconferencing , Outlook Calender management
9. Shall be able to make MIS , Track KPIs , Budgets cost summaries and project reports and MOM preparations , Plant review actionable preparations , Internal circulars on management directives and Operational guidelines
10. Shall be capable of coordinating and handling Multiple manufacturing Plant related actionable and execution follow ups
11. Research capability in regulatory update and analytical skill sets
12. Managing Travels and manging vendor follow ups
13. Excellent Verbal and written skills and in making professional emails
14. Shall have Good listening skills , Prioritisation skills
15. Shall have high integrity , Trustworthiness and Loyalty
16. Proactive thinking , anticipation of COO /CEO needs , strong multitasking and willingness to work extensive hours
17. Knowledge and awareness on ESG , Energy Management , Sustainability and investor relation supports etc
18. Understanding on OEE/OLE , capacity utilisation , people management , Materials , Supply chains ,Quality Indices , QMS , Customer complaint handling , statutory compliances and HSE etc
19. Knowledge on P&L and budgeting
20. Knowledge on preparing quick review decks , Capex proposals , Commissioning timelines , greenfield Machine I&C , Tooling , Automations , CI , and project mgmt.

Exposure to Indian and multinational work culture . Candidate with experience in supporting Mfg /COO /CEO preferred with lean or six sigma ISQ , Industry 4.0 awareness
