Job Description

Responsible to Production operations across all shifts are staffed with personnel in charge of or delegated responsibility for ensuring conformity to product requirements.
Daily production Plan vs actual Gap analysis. 100% achieve daily plan by providing all RM, screen, ink, and other consumables.
Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target.
Supervising hourly production.
Utilization of manpower accurately.
On Job Training of operators.
Ensure proper flow of product and process as per SOP and WI.
Ensure availability of all Master cards, SOP's, stage wise.
