Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Efficiently manage the calendars of the CEO/Founders.

  • Process reimbursements and handle IT filing procedures.
  • Coordinate tasks related to banking activities.
  • Act as a liaison with the driver when necessary.
  • Organize both personal and official travel arrangements, including flights,

accommodations, and transportation.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for executives, staff, clients, and external partners.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide support for special projects and initiatives as required.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant to CEOs/Founders preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with travel booking software.
  • Knowledge of travel regulations and protocols would be advantageous.
