Executive Assistant to Higher Management

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Higher Management by performing a variety of executive and clerical duties. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication Handling: Act as the point of contact between the Higher Management and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and manage professional communications, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items for internal and external meetings.
  • Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and discretion.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and briefing materials as required by the Director.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning and execution of special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Administrative Support: Organize files, maintain documentation systems, and oversee general office administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI)
  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Discretion and trustworthiness with confidential information
  • Good with numbers and data compilation
