Role & responsibilities

All admin related matters

  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and functional office space.
  • Ordering and managing office supplies and equipment.

Record Keeping and Documentation

  • Maintaining and organizing company records and files.
  • Managing databases and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Filing physical and electronic documents.

Administrative Support

  • Organising our monthly client meetings, conferences, seminars and meetings
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Preparing reports, memos, and other documents.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Supporting leadership team as needed.

Responsibilities as EA

  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments or meetings
  • Handling phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and documents.
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
