Role & responsibilities 1. Drive business development initiatives in line with the firms strategic goals, particularly in the corporate and transactional practice areas 2.Prepare customized fee quotes, proposals, and pitc materials for prospective and existing clients. 3. Manage and update the firms CRM system, ensuring client data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. 4. Track potential client opportunities and schedule timely follow-ups and engagement activities. 5. Monitor trends in the legal market and provide insights to support positioning and outreach.
