Executive Assistant to Founder

Key Responsibilities:


Executive & Operational Support

  • Manage the Founder’s

    calendar, meetings, priorities, and daily schedule

  • Ensure the Founder is prepared, punctual, and briefed

    for all engagements
  • Track action items and ensure

    strict follow-ups and closures


Communication & Coordination

  • Draft and manage

    emails, WhatsApp communications, letters, and reports

  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, machinery suppliers, banks, and internal teams

  • Act as a single point of coordination

    across multiple parallel projects


MIS, Documentation & Systems

  • Maintain

    trackers, MIS reports, dashboards, SOPs, and documentation

  • Organise files, records, contracts, and operational data for quick access

  • Support process standardization and operational discipline


Travel & Logistics

  • Travel

    daily with the Founder to/from the factory

  • Accompany the Founder on outstation and business travel when required

  • Manage travel planning, logistics, and schedules end-to-end


Personal & Financial Coordination

  • Coordinate with CA for

    ITR filing and personal banking

    (Founder + family)
  • Manage

    confidential financial and compliance-related coordination

  • Oversee diet planning, meal schedules, and coordination with cooks


Candidate Profile:

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly

    organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined

  • Strong with follow-ups and task closure

  • Clear and professional in English & Hindi communication

  • Tech-savvy

    (Google Sheets, Docs, Calendar; comfort with AI tools is a plus)
  • Comfortable with

    flexible working hours and daily travel

  • Trustworthy and discreet

    with sensitive information
  • Quick-thinking, resourceful, and execution-focused


Experience:

1–2 years in Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Admin / Operations roles

(High-potential freshers with exceptional organizational skills may be considered)


Role Details

  • Location:

    Gurgaon
  • Salary:

    ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience & capability)
  • Work Style:

    On-ground, dynamic, non-routine
