Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced executive assistant to support our CMD. This is a high-trust, high-impact role requiring maturity, discretion, and strong organizational skills. The EA will serve as a strategic partner, enabling executive effectiveness through seamless coordination, communication, and decision support. The candidate should be from the manufacturing industry.
Importance of the role:
You’ll work at the core of strategic decision-making, directly supporting the CMD in business operations, high-level communication, and priority execution. This is more than an administrative position—it’s a leadership-enabling role.
Key Requirements of the Position:
Graduate with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong in drafting and typing; shorthand knowledge is a plus.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Kannada preferred.
10–14 years supporting senior leadership (CMD/MD), preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Manage CMD’s calendar, e-mails, presentations, meetings, MOM, and travel plans
Strategic & Communication Interface
Meeting & Event Coordination
