Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed for projects or presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring effective communication.
  • Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address issues to streamline workflow and maximize productivity.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and replenishment.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.

The Role

  • Manage calendar of MANAGING PARTNER and Management team.
  • Arrange ongoing/recurring as well as ad hoc meetings & conference calls. Schedule conference rooms, set up audio visual or on-line meeting tools and events. Coordinate & ensure meeting logistics are in place.
  • Keep track of minutes of meetings for Staff Meeting and other management meetings.
  • Manage all arrangements for domestic / international travels, handle travel agents for visa processing and other travel documents.
  • Liasoning with Hospitality Partners (Hotel, Travel etc.) for best facilities at competitive rates
  • Coordinating departmental events as and when necessary
  • To Handle special projects as assigned
  • Manage ADMIN STAFF reception and RECURITMENT
  • Perform various secretarial work, including answering the phone, making calls and photocopying as appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality of available documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
