Job Description

To provide executive support and coordination to the Management Team job Description Responsibilities: Manage executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials. Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents. Conduct research and compile data as needed for projects or presentations. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring effective communication. Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address issues to streamline workflow and maximize productivity. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and replenishment. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives. The Role Manage calendar of MANAGING PARTNER and Management team. Arrange ongoing/recurring as well as ad hoc meetings & conference calls. Schedule conference rooms, set up audio visual or on-line meeting tools and events. Coordinate & ensure meeting logistics are in place. Keep track of minutes of meetings for Staff Meeting and other management meetings. Manage all arrangements for domestic / international travels, handle travel agents for visa processing and other travel documents. Liasoning with Hospitality Partners (Hotel, Travel etc.) for best facilities at competitive rates Coordinating departmental events as and when necessary To Handle special projects as assigned Manage ADMIN STAFF reception and RECURITMENT Perform various secretarial work, including answering the phone, making calls and photocopying as appropriate. Maintain confidentiality of available documents. To succeed, you will need- Experience Requirement: AG - max 45years - female only Graduate with minimum 5 + years of experience in managing office. Effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, need to work with leadership team. Dynamic, Result Oriented, Customer focused. Excellent Planning Skills Excellent skills to work with Microsoft office tools like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI etc. Personality requirements: You are passionate for this role. You have excellent communication skills. You are very customer focused, enthusiastic, and professional. You can work under extreme time pressure to respect deadlines. You are also able to collaborate easily with colleagues and with leadership team. You also maintain good relations with third parties. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Language: English (Required)
