Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director and one of the promoters of the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Accessing confidential information, necessitating your unwavering discretion. - Demonstrating previous experience at a similar level with proven administrative, secretarial, and office skills. - Planning, organizing, and foreseeing requirements well in advance. - Drafting, reviewing, and sending communications on behalf of the Director. - Organizing and preparing for meetings by gathering documents and managing meeting logistics. - Coordinating travel arrangements. - Maintaining various records and data. Key Skills required for this role: - Excellent knowledge of MS OFFICE, especially Excel & Word. - Proficient in English language. - Strong follow-up skills. - Good numerical skills. - Effective coordination and communication skills. - Energetic and positive attitude. - Strong listening capabilities. - Calm and sincere demeanor. Criteria for the ideal candidate: - Should be a graduate. - Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to MD/Director. - Age limit of 35 years. - Immediate availability for joining. - Proximity to Borivali East office location is preferred.
