Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a smart, efficient, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the senior management of a leading hotelware manufacturing company located in Wazirpur Industrial Area. The ideal candidate will be confident, organized, and capable of handling day-to-day coordination and confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior executives
• Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of management
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
• Coordinate between departments and ensure smooth communication
• Maintain records, files, and data in an organized manner
• Assist in travel arrangements, event planning, and internal communications
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email drafting
• Strong time-management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred
