Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience providing administrative support to senior executives, preferably in a US-based company.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Assist in planning and organizing events, conferences, and meetings as needed.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a US-based company.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with calendar management software and email clients.
A graduate degree is required.
