Job Description

Designation: Executive Assistant

Experience: 1-5 yrs.

Location: Ludhiana

CTC: as per industry norms

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager – Sales.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Track sales metrics, performance dashboards, and follow up on key action items.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external clients on behalf of the GM.
  • Organize and coordinate sales meetings, events, and reviews.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
  • Maintain effective records and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 1– 5 years of experience as an EA.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
