Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Management Assistant to support the management team at our India (Chennai) office. This role involves a broad set of administrative and project management tasks to enhance the efficiency of our executive team and support our organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
  • Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
  • Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, to execute business development strategies.
  • Preparing documents and updating records.
  • Traveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as required.
  • Support leadership by collecting and organizing market research data, including industry trends and competitor information.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree, preferably MBA.
  • Experience in a management role or similar for 3-5 years.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Eager to discover and search for new areas
  • A valid Passport may be required.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to overview, plan, organize and prioritize the tasks with a strong business mindset
  • Proactive self-starter with a positive can-do attitude and always willing to go the extra mile
  • Problem solver that tackles problems in a methodical way and is motivated by finding relevant solutions
  • Eager to be involved in business development process
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • It meritorious if you have previous experience from international work environment.
