As an experienced professional in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO by managing both professional and personal scheduling efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics for the CEO - Coordinating complex scheduling, calendar management, and information flow to senior executives - Handling travel logistics and activities for senior executives, including accommodations, transportation, and meals - Providing administrative and office support such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintaining filing systems and contacts database - Maintaining strict confidentiality with all materials - Organizing team communications and planning events, both internal and off-site To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Four or more years of experience in an administrative role directly reporting to upper management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong time-management skills with the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency with office productivity tools and a willingness to learn new software and systems - Flexibility as a team player, willing to adapt to changes and challenges - Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and employee-related information Preferred skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include: - Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses - Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems Additionally, the company values full-time, permanent employees who can work day shifts at the in-person location. Fluency in English is preferred for this role.
