Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Rama Super Speciality Hospital. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.
Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings with precision.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
