Role Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business & functional requirements (BRD, FRD) for fintech solutions.
• Create detailed user stories, process flows, and technical documentation to ensure alignment between business needs and development.
• Conduct market analysis and product research to drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on fintech or IT systems.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• A solid understanding of technical concepts and system workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with tools like PowerPoint, flowcharting software, and other business analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile and fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or similar.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP or CCBA are an added advantage.
