Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Assistant to our Director to support her and her executive team in driving business growth, managing key relationships, and overseeing operations in the organic agri commodities industry. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically.

Ancient India Organics is a agri-business company dedicated to providing solutions for natural, organic, and botanical food ingredients. We specialize in cultivating, processing, and Exporting Spices, Coconut Products and Coffee. The company is located in Visakhapatnam.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to develop business strategies, identify new opportunities, and drive growth.
Fundraising: Assist in raising funds from investors, prepare pitch documents, and facilitate investor meetings.
Partnership Development: Initiate and nurture key partnerships with suppliers, farmers, and other stakeholders to ensure a stable supply chain.
Crisis Management: Manage crisis situations, develop mitigation plans, and ensure business continuity.
Team Management: Oversee different levels of operations and business development teams, and conduct employee reviews.
Retail Segment Management: Develop and implement strategies to grow the retail segment, manage relationships with retailers, and ensure timely delivery of products.
Export Management: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, manage logistics, and facilitate smooth exports.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions. Essential Skills:
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the organic agri commodities industry, including market trends, regulations, and best practices.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop effective plans.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and drive results.
Analytical: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the agri commodities industry, with a proven track record of success in business development, operations, and team management.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in export management, organic farming, or a related field are desirable.
