Role Description: Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant

You’ll work closely with leadership to streamline workflows, manage internal communication, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Coordination

  • Manage the Director’s schedule, meetings, and communication with precision.
  • Handle confidential reports, agreements, and correspondence.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.

HR Support

  • Oversee hiring activities — posting roles, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain onboarding kits, employee records, and HR documentation.
  • Track attendance, probation confirmations, and leaves.
  • Assist with team engagement and performance review processes.

Accounts & Finance

  • Handle invoices, vendor payments, and reimbursements.
  • Manage petty cash and maintain expense sheets.
  • Coordinate with CA/accounting partners for GST, TDS, and payroll.
  • Track client payments and prepare monthly financial summaries.

Administrative & Compliance

  • Oversee office operations, vendor coordination, and supplies.
  • Draft and maintain legal and client documentation — NDAs, Service Agreements, compliance files.
  • Support client-related documentation for schemes, funding, and proposals.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or HR.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, accounts, or executive assistance (mixed roles preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, or regional).
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and accounting tools (Tally / Zoho / Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Self-driven, dependable, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
