Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at Avantika University, located in Ujjain. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, preparing expense reports, and supporting executive-level tasks. The role involves daily communication, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and performing general administrative duties. Qualifications

Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support tasks
Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
Strong Communication skills and ability to handle Administrative Assistance tasks
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and able to work independently
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
Experience in educational institutions or academic settings is a plus
