cKinetics is looking for a go-getter for overseeing the daily operations of the Company. The Office Manager is a key support position and entails liaising with different teams, vendors and facility staff for planned as also ad-hoc administrative needs, team travel support, office space maintenance and related tasks.
The role envisages the following three areas of activities:
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy administrative challenges.

The ability to interact with the team (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.
