Your role will involve: - Working closely with clients to understand their needs and drive high-performance digital campaigns. - Contributing to strategic planning through market research and insight-driven solutions. - Conducting secondary market research, competitor analysis, and evaluating industry trends. - Crafting compelling communication and digital strategies. - Collaborating with internal creative, performance marketing, and product teams. - Ensuring campaigns align with client goals and resonate with the target audience. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive secondary market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend evaluation. - Bring a content-first mindset and good eye for messaging and brand tone across digital channels. - Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with client goals and audience. - Prepare detailed Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) and maintain documentation of client communications. - Ensure smooth project execution with on-time delivery and zero errors. - Launch and manage digital campaigns, optimizing for performance. - Identify new opportunities, upsell solutions, and recommend growth strategies. - Leverage data for actionable insights and present performance reports. Skills & Experience Required: - 2+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setup. - Strong understanding of content, copy, and brand messaging. - Experience in product marketing or tech-driven products is a plus. - Technical background (BTech, MTech, or related IT/Engineering fields). - Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid media campaigns. - Team player with ability to lead or collaborate effectively. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Comfort with marketing analytics tools. - Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail. - High level of accountability and a growth mindset.,
