Role: Executive Accounts/ CRM

Reporting to: AVP- CRM

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Salary: Upto 4.2 LPA

Role Outline:

Key Responsibility:

Biling & Invoicing

• Prepare and issue invoices for

  Electricity, Rent, CAM, Water, DG, Parking

  , and other applicable charges in a timely manner.
• Address and resolve client billing queries promptly, ensuring

  response within one hour

  .
• Coordinate with the

  Leasing Team

  to identify new tenants and ensure their billing is initiated accurately and on time.
• Ensure all raised invoices are accurately booked in

  Tally

  .

Collection & Receivables

• Follow up on outstanding receivables through timely

  payment reminders

  .
• Monitor overdue accounts and support effective collections.
• Share

  weekly Accounts Receivable (AR), cash flow, and outstanding reports

  every Monday as per defined timelines.

Payment Discipline & Revenue Optimization

• Analyse Client payment timelines to assess payment discipline and identify trends or risks.
• Use date driven insights to design strategies that enhance and grow ancillary revenue. 

Vendor Reconciliation

• Obtain vendor ledgers and perform reconciliation.
• Reconcile

  e-Invoices with purchase bookings in Tally

  to ensure accuracy and compliance.

MIS & Month-End Reporting

monthly MIS reports

AVP – CRM

·        Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting data for reporting purposes.

·        Any other CRM role (if required).

Key Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, preferably in real estate or a multi-entity corporate structure.
• Proficient in Tally and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Mandatory experience in

  invoice preparation and billing processes

  .
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a strong eye for detail and accuracy
