Job Profile

Front Desk & Visitor Management:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and agents, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Administrative Support:
Draft correspondence and maintain Visitor Management and Complaint Management System.
Lobby Maintenance:
Conduct regular walkthroughs of the lobby and amenity spaces to ensure they are presentable and address any maintenance issues promptly.
Security & Access:
Facilitate the smooth and secure entry of visitors, coordinating with security staff to ensure only authorized individuals gain access.
Client Service:
Act as a friendly and helpful first point of contact, ensuring a positive experience for everyone entering the building.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

Skills

Hospitality & Communication:
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills are crucial for interacting with diverse individuals.
Organization:
Excellent organizational abilities to manage various tasks and information efficiently.
