Job Title: Executive - Accounts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive - Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will support the finance team in bookkeeping, reconciliations, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on the latest version of Tally Prime for all accounting tasks.
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and vouchers in a timely manner.
• Record and manage purchase, sales, GST, and TDS entries accurately.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual account closing activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date books of accounts and records.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Key Requirements:

• Education: B. Com / M. Com or equivalent
• Experience: 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software Tally (Latest Version) Cloud and MS Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
