Job Summary:

We’re looking for a graphic designer who thrives in the fast-paced world of events and experiences. You’ll be responsible for translating creative concepts into detailed, print-ready and digital-ready visuals across formats whether it's signage for a music festival, a brand backdrop for an activation, or wayfinding at an exhibition. This role demands someone who can juggle multiple deliverables, work with vendors, and adapt quickly without losing quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠Design event branding, brand identities, backdrops, signages, invites, and digital creatives
• ⁠Adapt and resize existing artwork into various formats (print, large-scale, social, etc.)
• ⁠Create production-ready files with proper bleed, resolution, and material specs
• ⁠Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution
• Collaborate closely with 3D and production teams to bring designs to life
• Translate briefs into design systems that scale across event formats
• Ensure brand consistency across all event and promotional materials
• Coordinate with vendors for specs, file formats, and printing accuracy
• ⁠Work on multiple projects at once while maintaining quality and deadlines

Key Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in events, production or creative agencies
• Expertise in layout, typography, and visual storytelling
• Strong attention to detail under tight deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain quality

Non-negotiables:

• Adobe Illustrator (vector layouts)
• Adobe Photoshop (mockups & edits)
• Adobe InDesign (multi-page & formatted print)
