Role Overview:

We are urgently hiring techno-commercial engineers for Srinagar, Shimla, and Chandigarh. The role focuses on B2B and direct sales involving IT products (Dell, Acer), networking solutions (Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, D-Link), and firewalls (Fortinet, Sophos). Responsibilities include technical execution and commercial coordination for projects across government departments, PSUs, Defence, PWD/CPWD, and organizations in J&K and LehLadakh

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales and pre-sales activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Conduct site surveys, perform technical assessments, and monitor project progress. • Prepare BOQs, technical proposals, and cost estimates. • Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams for procurement and technical clarifications. • Provide troubleshooting, maintenance support, and technical assistance to clients. • Assist the sales team with meetings, presentations, tender documentation, and project handovers. • Maintain strong communication and coordination with clients, vendors, and project teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Experienced candidates will be given preference; freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
  • Kashmir domicile candidates will be given first preference for the Srinagar posting. • Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills. • Owning a four-wheeler is mandatory due to the travel-based nature of the role.

  • The role involves regular on-site customer visits to ensure effective project execution and support. • TA/DA will be provided by the company for all official travel outside the MC area, as per company policy.
