We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Examinations Coordinator to manage and oversee examination activities at our Management Institute. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient conduct of all examinations while adhering to institutional policies and academic regulations.
1)Plan, organize, and coordinate all examination-related activities.
2)Schedule exams, allocate classrooms, and manage seating arrangements.
3)Handle question paper printing, confidentiality, and secure distribution.
4)Supervise and train invigilators or support staff during exams.
5)Ensure compliance with examination rules and regulations.
6)Manage attendance records and coordinate with faculty for evaluation timelines.
7)Address and resolve examination-related queries or issues.
8)Prepare and submit examination reports and related documentation.
-Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Administration/Management/Relevant field).
-Prior experience in exam coordination or academic administration preferred.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
-Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
