Examinations Coordinator

Job Description: You will be responsible for managing and overseeing examination activities at ASBS MBA in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Your role will involve planning, organizing, and coordinating all examination-related activities. You will schedule exams, allocate classrooms, manage seating arrangements, handle question paper printing, supervise invigilators, and ensure compliance with examination rules and regulations. Additionally, you will manage attendance records, resolve examination-related queries, and prepare examination reports and documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and coordinate all examination-related activities. - Schedule exams, allocate classrooms, and manage seating arrangements. - Handle question paper printing, confidentiality, and secure distribution. - Supervise and train invigilators or support staff during exams. - Ensure compliance with examination rules and regulations. - Manage attendance records and coordinate with faculty for evaluation timelines. - Address and resolve examination-related queries or issues. - Prepare and submit examination reports and related documentation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree (preferred in Administration/Management/Relevant field). - Prior experience in exam coordination or academic administration preferred. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). - Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.,
