The Events Specialist at Pine Labs will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to drive brand visibility, partner engagement, and acquisition via events. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to execute impactful events that deliver brand and business objectives for Pine Labs and its key product verticals.
· Design, plan, and execute a variety of events—including partner meetings, thought leadership forums, product launches, and industry conferences—to enhance Pine Labs’ brand position and achieve business objectives.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, product, marketing, leadership) to conceptualize event themes, messaging, and target outcomes.
· Manage the event lifecycle: venue and vendor selection, budgeting, logistics, invitations and registration, attendee engagement, and post-event reporting.
· Develop event marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
· Ensure all event materials and communications are consistent with Pine Labs’ brand guidelines.
· Build effective relationships with partners, industry stakeholders, and vendors to support business growth through events.
· Measure event impact, ROI, and gather event feedback to continuously improve event quality and effectiveness.
· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, retail teams and ecosystem stakeholders like retail associations, event organizers, etc.
· Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on trade programs.
· Partner with external agencies for the design and execution of creative assets.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in event planning and execution, ideally with an agency that has executed for FinTech or other B2B technology sectors.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, with exceptional organizational and project management skills.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in event management software, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools.
· Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to deliver on brand objectives.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
· Strong network of agency partners who can execute various kinds of events, across scale & geography.
