Client Servicing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the

  primary point of contact

  for clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring timely communication and updates.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee event projects

  from concept to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
• Work closely with

  creative, production, and operations teams

  to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations.
• Prepare and deliver

  presentations, proposals, and event plans

  to clients.
• Manage

  project timelines, budgets, and approvals

  , ensuring events are executed smoothly and efficiently.
• Handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through professional engagement and proactive support.
• Identify opportunities for

  client retention and business growth

  through consistent relationship management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in

  client servicing within the event management industry

  .
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to

  independently manage clients and coordinate projects

  across departments.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a high attention to detail.
• Professional demeanour with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with design or event planning tools will be an advantage.
• Flexibility to travel and be present on-site during event setups and execution.
