Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Events and Banquet Manager to join our team at Arlo Hotels. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in event planning and management.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and plan events, conferences, and banquets for various clients and guests.
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.
Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve event goals and objectives.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in event planning and management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of event marketing, sales, and operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with event management software and technology is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
