Job Description

As the Events Sales & Business Development Manager at Unified Sports and Events, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales function of our company. You will be responsible for achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets by leading inbound sales efforts, building new business through outbound calls and network outreach, and closing medium to high-value deals across various types of events. Additionally, you will mentor entry-level sales team members, create custom proposals and client budgets, manage CRM operations, and coordinate closely with event operations for seamless delivery. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in event sales or execution with a strong sales component. You must demonstrate a proven ability to close high-value event deals, possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems. Strong leadership skills and a proactive attitude are essential, as well as a willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values ownership and long-term success.
