Job Description

Core Functions & Responsibilities

Sponsorship & Exhibition Sales: Identifying and onboarding B2B partners and sponsors to fund the event in exchange for brand exposure.
Lead Generation: Using conferences and trade shows to gather contact information from qualified prospects for future sales follow-ups.
Sales Enablement: The marketing team provides the sales team with scripts, pitch decks, and promotional collateral to help them sell effectively.
Audience Engagement: Building communities and ""humanizing"" a brand through face-to-face interactions that digital marketing alone cannot provide.
Event Sales Executive: Handles B2B collaborations, manages event tie-ups, and closes deals at various venues.
Event Marketing: Oversees the promotional lifecycle, including landing page creation, social media strategy, and post-event performance analysis.
Sponsorship Sales: Specifically targets high-value corporate partners to fund large-scale events.
Field Marketing: Executes on-site branding and physical marketing activations at external events.

Effective Strategies

Dedicated Landing Pages: Essential for capturing lead data and tracking ROI through registrations.
Multichannel Promotion: Combining email, social media ads, and direct outreach to reach a wider audience.
Post-Event Nurturing: Following up with leads immediately after an event to convert interest into long-term sales.
Networking: Attending other industry events to identify new potential clients and partners.
