Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Lead Marketer to own and drive lead generation through email marketing and event marketing. This role will focus on building campaigns that generate quality B2B leads and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation and nurturing.Own event marketing strategy for corporate events, offsites, and B2B campaigns.Work closely with sales to align marketing leads with business goals.Track, analyze, and improve lead performance and conversion metrics.Manage marketing calendars, messaging, and campaign execution.

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing or lead generation.Strong understanding of email marketing, funnels, and lead nurturing.Experience in event marketing is a plusData-driven and comfortable owning outcomes.
