Event Representative

We are seeking enthusiastic and engaging individuals to represent our brand at roadshows, promotional events, and other marketing activities. As an Event Representative, you will be the face of our company, creating memorable experiences for attendees while promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Representation:

  Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the companys values and projecting a professional and positive image.

• Event Engagement:

  Interact with attendees, answer questions, and provide clear information about products or services.

• Product/Service Demonstration:

  Demonstrate products or explain services with energy and enthusiasm, highlighting key benefits.

• Lead Generation:

  Collect contact information from interested individuals for follow-up by the sales team.

• Event Setup & Takedown:

  Assist with the setup, organization, and dismantling of booths, displays, and promotional materials.

• Promotional Material Distribution:

  Hand out flyers, brochures, samples, or other promotional items.

• Brand Awareness:

  Create excitement around the brand, encouraging attendee engagement and participation.

• Maintain Event Space:

  Keep the booth or event area tidy, organized, and visually appealing throughout the event.

• Feedback Collection:

  Gather basic attendee feedback and report significant comments or concerns to event management.

• Adherence to Guidelines:

  Follow all event protocols, safety procedures, and company policies.

• Previous experience in event staffing, brand ambassadorship, or promotional roles is a plus.
