Job Description

Role Overview

4-5 years of experience

This role will support the planning and execution of high-impact marketing initiatives, and internal/external events hosted at Prodapts Global HQ. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys fast-paced execution, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple stakeholders with confidence.

You will work closely with the marketing team, sales, operations, and leadership to ensure seamless event delivery and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end planning and execution of events and other initiatives.
Manage logistics, coordination, vendor interactions, scheduling, attendee communication, and on-ground execution.
Prepare event checklists, timelines, briefing notes, and debriefs.
Ensure smooth setup at the venue, branding readiness, and high-quality experience for attendees.
Maintain a calendar of upcoming initiatives and track progress on all moving parts.

Work with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, coordinate deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
Assist in preparing materials such as agendas, speaker briefs, content inputs, and follow-up summaries.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Experience:

4-5 years
experience in event management, marketing coordination, project management.
Experience working in technology, IT services, SaaS, or corporate environments is preferred.
Prior exposure to running corporate events preferred.

Skills:

Strong project management and execution skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), with willingness to learn new tools.
Good problem-solving, time management, and ability to work independently with accountability.
