About the role

The job role will involve travel in the assigned territory in a specific city. The person will be responsible for promoting the Whistle brand and target achievement through engagement activities in Corporates, Salons, Societies, and malls. The person is also responsible for organizing camps at the above-mentioned locations and generating leads from them to achieve the overall targets.

Work Responsibilities

• Developing goals for the business development team and ensuring they are met.

• Plan for Lead generation and contribute to business numbers as per agreed goals.

• Responsible for Promoting the Whistle brand and Target achievement by engaging with alternate channels like Corporates, Salons, Societies, and malls etc.

• Planning and organizing periodical on-ground/promotional activities, events, and special marketing activities.

• Organizing camps at corporates or prime corporate locations and generating leads from them.

• Responsible for preparing budget, yearly calendar, and monthly calendar for various activities

• Responsible for the implementation of the above plan on a day-to-day basis and ensuring that they are in line with the organizations standards.

• Assist the team in marketing initiatives to increase outreach to customers.

• Monitoring market activities and best practices.

• Responsible for generating the required reports & presenting them to the Head of Sales.

Critical requirements for the role (Must-Haves):

• Proven ability to develop City level strategies and communicate recommendations to Management.

• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.

• Outstanding communication skills

• Degree in marketing or a related field

• Requires to travel within the city

• Min 6+ years of relevant experience.

• Experience with the Healthcare industry would be an added advantage

• 6 Days working, Weekly one day off.
